Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your mascot costumes as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time : Regular orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Custom-made mascots require a processing time of 6-15 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 20-30 business days —  Free Shipping .

• Expedited Shipping: 10-19 business days — $64.99 .

• Expedited Shipping:  5-9 business days — $89.99.

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or logistics peak seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes : While most of our shipments do not incur additional customs fees, any unexpected duties are handled proactively. For orders shipped to the USA, Australia, and Canada, we will cover 100% of any customs charges. For all other countries, we will cover 50% of the customs duties if they arise.

5. Missing/Damaged Items : If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will handle the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
