Return & Refund Policies

At www.mascotcosplay.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your mascot costume must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging.

• Accompanied by the order number and purchase date of the purchased item.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Note: Do not send items back to the sender's address on the package without prior authorization.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Quality Issues/Wrong Item: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Personal Reasons: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business.
